Phase 01 — AI Readiness Assessment
Where does your team actually stand?
Before building anything, we need to understand where your team is today. We spend two to three weeks conducting structured interviews with engineers, team leads, and managers — mapping how AI tools are currently being used, where they aren't, and why. The output is a clear, prioritized picture of your team's AI readiness: the workflows with the highest adoption potential, the blockers that are holding people back, and a recommended starting point for the coaching phase.
What you get:
- Structured interviews with 5–10 team members

- Prioritized list of 3–5 high-impact workflows to target
- Written readiness report with recommended next steps
Delivered as a flat-fee sprint. Typically 2–3 weeks.
Phase 02 — Workflow Coaching
Building habits, not just handing over docs
This is where the real work happens. We run weekly coaching sessions with your team — working through real tasks, building AI-assisted workflows from the ground up, and refining them until they actually stick. Every workflow we build together gets documented in plain language so it can be shared across the team. Knowledge doesn't stay with one person — it becomes a team asset.

Ongoing engagement. Approximately 8–10 hours per month.
Phase 03 — Adoption Reporting
Proof that it's spreading
Every two weeks, your managers receive a simple, clear report showing how AI adoption is moving across the team. Not vanity metrics — real signals. Who is using which workflows, what's working, where the next coaching focus should be, and how the picture has changed since last time. Leadership gets the visibility they need to make decisions. Teams get accountability without surveillance.

- Quarterly trend summary for executive reporting
